I sent a letter Monday to CBC Credit services (Equifax's rep in my area) asking them to remove an old address from my file. Today, I got the corrected report with the address removed. Step one on way to removing my judgment, which was filed with that address on it. Now, should I wait a couple weeks to dispute the judgment or do it right away?
