Last week I applied online for the Orchard charge card and had to send $49.00 for a processing fee. The system said they were having technical difficulties and they would send my money back. Well I called 2-3 days later and they said they had no record of my fee nor my application to resend it in. So I decided to just send it through the pre-approved Household application that I received. Today I called to get the status of my Household application and they said I was approved for both cards. Was I shocked, I had written off that Orchard account. They aren't very high limits at all but $300.00 is a start two weeks post BK. We even inlcuded Household in our BK. and we just were approved last week for an auto loan. I'm in the middle of disputing some items and hope to clean up my mess, but we are on our way. Good job Missi! I started out with them right after discharge also. I really like the ease of paying online, I've never had a problem with that at all. I think they're one of the more decent ones for us who need to rebuild and are smart enough to not pay a ton of other extra fees for a card. Keep up the good work. They do give auto increases, I always just notice them online when all of a sudden my balance has gone up another $100. I think it's been like every six months. Take care!
