Hi, I moved to new apt 4 months ago. Aldo I did update my file with new address to all three major bureaus I still getting Pre-approved credit offers on my old address. Anyone knows how is this possible? And as I understood if I apply to these offers and change wrong address on application this is going to be considered like new application not the pre-approved one? Is this correct? Thanks! Denny
No it'll still be pre-approve when you send it in with the old address crossed thru and the new one written in. Just be aware that the new cc will also report your new address as amended. (Could be a double-edged sword for some.)
