I filed chapter 13 and on my credit report my 2 auto loans are being reported as chapter 7,i have never filed a chapter 7,these loans are already paid off thru chapter 13,what should i do?Also, some of my accounts which were included in chapter 13 are being reported as paid charge offs, would this be better to leave alone or dispute, and finally some of my accounts included in chapter 13 are being shown as written or chaged off, does this need to be disputed,my scores via pg are equ 575.exp 631,tu 610,i have 8 months to go in 5 yr chapter 13,thanks for your help!
What is the public record being reported as 13 or 7? It really doesn't matter as far as time wise what they are reporting, they can only be reported 7 years whether 13 or 7...but it could give you a good reason to dispute it off if you wanted to do that.
The public record is reported correctly, its the the credit union is reporting apparently as chap 7 on one report the other two are are correct
Dispute the TL reporting incorrectly as "You are reporting inaccurate information - I have never filed a CH 7 Bankruptcy"
