I just compared my CR's, and 2 of my baddies have different dates or # of lates. I've already disputed, and it's come back verified. Who do I write to, about the wrong info? Do I write to the OC, or the CRA's, to have the items deleted for false info? One has Sears DOLA as 12/95, and the other has it as 10/96 (either way it comes off really soon) Filenes is on there forever, and it's really bad. It has 31 X 90 days late on one, and 33 X 90 days late on another. I really want Filenes off!! They show it still open, and R1. Are they nuts??? Like they ever want me charging in there store again!! I'm closing it this week!
