Could someone please explain what is up with Cobalt. I tried to purchase a Travelers check with my cobalt and it does not allow me. I am very annoyed with them and you can only get 100 a day and 300 a week. Their customer service is not good they have no clue. Right now its eally useless as far as I am concern. They lie dto me when the sent the card. Because in a letter they said you can purchase travelers checks with the card and then I tried to and it wont work, this is BS. Its really only good for purchases, but I thought others said its good against cash advances. Please tell your experiences with the cobalt. Cypri
I used my CobaltCard last week to order AMEX Travelers cheques from their site no problem. BUT, they did charge me $10 processing fee and $3.95 for 3-5 day delivery", which was simply regular US mail (That's a heck of a mark-up on a $0.34 stamp!!!) So I'll stick to ATM withdrawal and direct charges with my Cobalt from now on.
Well it work! I guess it was glitch in the site. I tried it again and processed. Okay I take it back from AMEX. But I tried several times and it would not take th e card. Cypri
I think that site is temperamental sometimes. I close my browser and start over when it does stuff like that. breeze
