WTH is Choicepoint??

    I just pulled hubbys EQU and there is an inquiry that says EU-Choicepoint on 4/9/02, he never applied for anything, any clue what this is? Please tell me it's not a CA! His score went up to 640 EQU.

    It is for insurance, I know State Farm and Nationwide both use this company, not sure who else does.

    GEICO and Nationwide use it.

    Thank you, my current ins. company USAA, pulled it on hubby only when we moved. However *I* am the primary on the Ins and they didn't pull mine. I told them if I knew it would have been pulled I wouldn't have changed my address, he said "well you have an obligation to notify us of any changes" So I said "well you have an obligation to notify me of a credit report being pulled" I said i wasn't applying for credit or anything of the sort, so you had no reason to pull a HARD inquiry.

    Now I'm being transferred from supervisor to supervisor.

    The saga continues.....

    DISPUTE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I applied for NO loan or credit card!!!! DELETE IT!!!!!!!!

    We have Choice Point for a medical bill.
