I just logged into CE and it brought me to the score page, but when I click on view report, it goes to a page that says "Session expired". I am clicking on view report right away, so I know 20 minutes hasn't gone by. Anyone else having problems?
If you're using Internet Explorer 6.0: Click on tools. Click on Internet Options Under Temporary Interet Files click on: Delete Cookies/Delete Files Close your browser, and re-open it.
Problem on their webserver. Session objects are generated by their server. They maintain a state of information while you stay on their site for a particular visit. The object is removed from memory or destroyed when you close your browser, leave the site or when some buggy code destroys the object for you(like what's happening). Lesson 1 on Webserver basics concluded...class dismissed
Ok, the cache wasn't it. I'm getting the same thing too. They must be f'd up.... Hopefully they will fix it soon.
I just called, there is a problem on the Experian end of CE. Credit Expert said they can't tell us how long because it's not their problem, it's Experian's and they are working on it
Thanks Christie I went to view my report and it made explorer go bezerk opened up 50 windows. Closed all down and got session expired page.
Ok, here's a new one. Today I check my CE score and it's dated 3/1 on that little chart graph thingy. I guess we've gone back in time now.
I got in no problem, but I can't find the dispute features anywhere anymore. Can anyone else? (I'm wondering if it's just me since I brought a lawsuit against them, etc., but that wouldn't make sense. Hmm...) Doc
Doc, I can no longer dispute online either. I thought it was just me since I have a lawsuit too. That's weird, because I want to dispute inquiries. I guess they are gonna hold us to a papertrail from now on.
Can't log in either, whats up? edit, I went to the experian site and iniated a investigation, I was able to pull a report that way with no problem. I think it's credit expert that is broken. Also , disputes etc go thru just fine via experian.
Do you have an old report number? I often go the website and go to the disputes page and use a report number that is 2 minths old and plug in that number. I keep a log of all reports I pull including dates and numbers.
