If I sign up for credit expert and access my credit score and credit report frequently, would that count as an inquiry each time I do it? Would that negatively affect my credit score? Thanks.

When you pull your own report, it is classified as a "soft" inquiry, which supposedly no one else sees. According to what the cra's tell us, these inquiries do not affect our scores.
