I just got my 30 day free membership all I really wanted was my report so that I can work on it to improve delinquent accounts and stuff but I don't know how I go about cancelling my membership before the 30 day trial is up PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!!!!
A friend told me to order this but I just wanted a print out and now I want to cancell it because she didnt tell me i would get billed after a month please help me ... DX
I would help if I could, but I tried for 2 wks to cancel and they never responded. I called the 800 # on the site and they said I was canceled, yet I continued to log in. I have no idea, but I figured I would be billed so I have pulled a 2nd report since then.
so I should just call them when I am ready to cancel my member ship cuz I know you get 7 inquires for that month so I should wait and then call them and cancell cuz i can still log in to please show simpathy... DX
