Is anyone else having issues accessing their former Providian cards online that are accessed via the www.mycardaccount.com website? I have been able to successfully access my account there but am getting an error saying that I need to upgrade my browser to ensure that I have 128 bit encryption. I checked my browser settings at both work and home and do have the appropriate broswer but cannot get there. Any ideas???
mycardaccount.com everytime i try to get on mycardaccount.com it takes me to google and i can't get on their site. I used to be with providian and got bought out by sst and nobody told me what happened. I tried for a week to make a payment to providain which didn't have my account anymore, than by the time I found out what happen and made a payment on my account, they charged a late fee. I ask to talk to a manager and they told me there was no manager or number to call for my problem. It took me 30 min on the phone arguing for them to take $35 off my account from a late fee that was their fault. They suck!!!
