   I have twice e-mailed x.com to close the account and twice requested closure thru https://secure.finance.x.com/account_closure.asp, and still my account is open and accessible. My first two e-mails was 6 weeks ago and the last two requests thru the web was over 3 weeks ago.
   
   Is anyone else having this same problem?
