Just a quick question on X.com I have been with them for about 3 months now and I just a slight over sight this week ( return check ) and it put my account negative....I then did a e-check from my CU to make my balance even, then I made another deposit to give myself a positve balance...only problem is that after I made the deposit it gave a positive on current balance but gave a zero availabe balance. I e-mail Customer Service but they told me to call help desk. But I am able to money out, but it is being taken out on my line of credit. Any Ideas? Thanks, Craig
Craig, My guess is the e-check deposit was applied to current balance, however there is a short wait until it actually clears your CU. Once that clears, it will show in your available balance. I think it is 3-5 days if my memory serves me. Only credit card dep. are posted immediately, at least until April 21. If you were over-draft, was the line of credit not covering you? Peace, Barry
