I'll say I told you so! Congrats to you and now the fun begins. The best advice anyone ever gave me regarding my mortgage payment is "Remember that everytime you send in that mortgage check, you are actually paying yourself." Took me about 4 months to understand what that meant, but come tax time, I was loving life! Again, congrats!
You guys are awesome with your ongoing support..thank you!!! And, this is the best "I told you so" I've ever received...it is amazing..the feeling. Tonight we went on realtor.com and did some searching. We plan to travel to the city we are moving to next week and find a house..then come back and move. We'll stay with my mom until it is all settled. I can't believe this is happening..really in a daze... Now, if the Avs can get their act together, all will be right with the world..teehee

Today, I'm going to be walking around and asking everybody if they are a broker or a mover then, if they say yes, hugging them!
