Well I can't a hold of my boss regarding the raise (he won't return my calls), BUT about a month ago I got a BoA card, which was SUPPOSED to have a 9.9 purchase rate and an 8.9 BT rate (big deal)well I immediately PFB'd them about this rate difference and got an email saying it will be 10 business days, here it is 15 business days later so i email the guy back ask what's taking so long....he calls me not even 1 hour later. My purchase rate is now the 9.9 and my BT rate is 4.75 for the life of the transfer YAY!!!!! My Citi transfer at 6.9 ends 7/15 but oh boy what a great gift this is! If only my CL on BoA was enough to cover my entire Citi balance.
