Yeah!!! FCNB baddie GONE! Clean TU!

    Just checked WK and noticed that my FCNB account is finally GONE! I have been doing battle with getting that removed since 2001! This was the last "baddie" on my TU report. My WK score has gone from 15 to 32. Still not perfect because I have what they call a thin file (3 revolving & 1 installment) but I'm not complaining!

    Persistance paid off!

    Congrats! I just had an old FCNB reappear out of the blue.... so I'm curious, did you dispute this one with TU or go through FCNB? Is it on any of your other reports??

    Whoa! From your post and sig, it looks like a 32 wk = A 716 TU fico for you?!? Is that correct?

    Huge Congrats Lisa,

    A thin file is no big deal. Much MUCH better to have no derogs, even tho your file becomes thin.

    Creditors know the CRA's delete good TL's.
