I just applied for the Target Visa and got approved for a Target guest card $200 limit. This is my first "retail" card, unless you consider Spiegel a retail card (I've never used it though). I hope this helps with ratios and everything. I probably won't use this one either, so that will help with balance ratios. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! I owe this one to everyone on creditnet.
For those who are wondering they pulled EQF and my score is either 612 or 614. I live in NH and everyone USUALLY pulls TU ut this time they didn't.
I never thought I would see the 600 club let alone a retail card! Thanks again!

Quick question, has anyone had any luck getting an increase as soon as they got their card? Or should I wait a few months and maybe use the card first, I really don't want to I just need the balance ratio help.

What were your scores when you applied?
And don't you need another credit reference to apply?

    Kellie,
You should try for the citi AA card sliver then gold.... anything over 600 seems to get approved...

I was about 605 EX when I got approved in my first round...

    Kev,
My EQF is the only one that is oer 600, my EXP is 582 (should go up soon when the inqs come off) last time I checked my TU was LOW 500. I'm gonna hold off cause most lenders check TU with me. Thanks for the info though!

SILVER IF APPROVED THEN GOLD (same hour, back to back)...NOT WORLD...

If approved, for one or both, when you get card(s) call to combine and trade for PLATINUM SELECT...

    DON'T ACTIVATE THE CARD(S)...
