EXP and TU both took about a 40 - 50 point hit from all the inquiries and new accounts I opened! EQ wasn't too bad - the only new creditors who checked that one were Amex and Household. Amex checked EQ for Blue, but EXP for Gold Rewards. I got both the GM Platinum MC and Corvette MC, and Household only pulled one report on EQ. If this helps anyone, here's what I found (I'm in NY) - EXP inquiries (695 at time of applications): Amex Gold Bloomingdale's Chase Dell (pulled 2 hards and 1 soft on the same day, will dispute) Ann Taylor (rejected, too many inquiries) Nordstrom (rejected, too many inquiries) Discover (rejected, too many inquiries) MBNA (rejected, too many inquiries and 1 derog from 1998) TU inquiries (680 at time of applications): Bank of America Chase MBNA (rejected, too many inquiries) Citibank (rejected, blacklist and they pulled 2 hards anyway) EQ (660 at time of applications): Household (1 for GM and Corvette) Amex Blue BofA is reporting correctly to all 3; Bloomie's is only on EXP but correct; Amex Gold and Dell are also only on EXP - Dell is pulling a Crap 1 and only reporting the high balance, not the full limit; Providian has not updated their balance to $0 from the bank transfer last month to BofA, so my utilization is higher now than before Chase is reporting to all 3 correctly. Crap 1 still shows open w/a balance, despite paying them off 2 months ago and closing account in the beginning of December. I've gotten the cards I want, so no more app's for me for the next 2 years at least
