I am in love with Performance Capital Management, Inc. Look them up on the FTC website. I sent a nice little letter to the CA and cc'd all three CRAs saying that in my first of 9 DVs I asked for "original" documentation with my signature...yada yada. I didn't get it because it didn't exisit. USA v. PCM states that if they KNOW they don't have the "original" documentation from the OC they have 5 days to delete it. The TL was gone from all 3 this morning, so I am expecting something "offical" in the mail soon. I think I going to treat myself to a mimosa this fine morning. To Sue or not to Sue that is the next question....
