Anyone into this stuff? I am in a contest with my mother, aunt and cousin. We are trying to see who can lose 20 pounds first. Winner gets $150.00. I am in the lead, yippee! This summer I was dieting and exercising hardcore. Lost like 25 lbs. Then I started slacking, stopped exercising, and dieting. So, I am trying to get back into the routine... I am doing yoga (very beginners) everyday and I am on a low cal high fiber diet. Does anyone have any pointers or ideas to kick my routine up? I would like to incorperate some light cardio. If anyone has any diet or exercise ideas, I am all ears!
I drink lots of water (it's either water or coke) Stretch Bike Stepper Stretch Light breakfast Eat a big lunch Light dinner Never skip a meal (better to eat something light and keep your metabolism going) Snacks in between
