It's literally a spontaneous FICO boost. DH's time share has updated both EXP and EQ (the only two they are reporting to). It updated EQ to show the time share as PAID and to status 1 pays as agreed!! And today EXP posted status update to pays as agreed and deleted all the lates! It's a damn fluffy miracle! No disputes, no letters, nothing and they do that. Wow, I can't catch a breath. Now the only thing affecting his score is utilization, but we're working on it. PawMix
