RE: You hear about the amex se I have the secure Amex Optima card and have seen post from other board and spoke with acc't manager at Centurion Bank that holds the secure deposits and she has assured me that current cardholders of the "personal Optima"secure card,referring to my card was not in danger,but the"corporate Optima" secure card was in danger of being cancel.Could be ones with "poor payment history" could be closed down at their(Amex) discretion. Not only did she reassure me,but sold me a couple of features available to Amex cardmembers. That was about 20 minutes ago.Your guess is as good as mine as to what some posters are reporting. I feel comfortable with what info I got this a.m.

RE: You hear about the amex se If you want my personal opinion on the matter,I think it was another one of "you know who" pranks. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it until you hear it from the horses' mouth.
