This may be permitted per credit regs. but it violates the laws that give us the right to shop around for the best deal.

They have nothing to do with credit and should not be used or permited!

 

IMO inquiries should stay on for only 6 months tops. Of course, like all the other info on the report, inquiries need not be reported at all.

you have no further obgligation to it :
But if you pay late or what ever they break the rules!
