Need some help with some tradelines I am disputing with a department store. They are reporting different tradelines with all three CRA's.

I sent them a letter demanding that they send me copies of my total account history showing all charges and payments.

I rec'd a letter from them today that states:

In order to comply with your request for a credit bureau correction, the credit bureaus require additional information to ensure that the correct customer's history is amended.

Please provide us with the following data:

    Need specific nature of dispute:
Need copy of Foley's Tradelines from credit file.

Once you have recorded the information above, please mail or fax this letter to the blah, blah, blah, blah.

    What the heck!!!

At least they are smart enough to not pull an inquiry, but why should I provide them with what the credit report says just so they can change my records to reflect what it says?

    HELP!!!!!
