You think Mr cooke can get me a cap

    you know the guaranteed aproval cap 1 platinum,I just keep getting sent Gold cards.Anyone try to get MR cooke to put them on the approval list for a platinum? I try planetfeedback but got to wait because of xmas. So I am asking the board if that work for them.

    Mr Cooke can't do miracle stuff like that. You've got to receive the offers yourself based on your own situation. Mr. Cooke can help once you've been a customer awhile if you've paid perfectly. As he would say "you've got to have tenure..." and I believe that means at least 6 months

    Depending on your situation.. I'd suggest taking them up on those gold card offers they're sending, once you have 2 or 3 depending on your cr. limits, combine them. You usually need to have approx. $5k in cr lines before they will (even Mr. Cooke for this matter) give you platinum. I see APR on plat went down to 8.9%

    SPEAKING OF CAPITAL ONE...can you get CREDIT LIMIT by calling any phone # before you get the card with-out talking to anybody...or on-line...(no card yet)...APPROVED THOUGH...
