Dave, I've never seen any offers on QSpace, but WorthKnowing has some. If that's who you meant, I applied for a DMB Reserve Line account that was in my offer list, and it produced a hard inquiry. If not, where would that section be on QSpace?

When you opt to order one of their credit reports, it gives you the option to have your credit information used to find credit products suitable to your credit standing, called "Your Offers!" You'll find it at the bottom of the signup form, towards the disclosures.
