    Actually no. The mysterious website, links to case law, etc. have still not appeared.

    Maybe she was trying to help me since I'm so seriously lost? LOL

    Whew!

    Remind me to never start off a post with "Since you people are lost .... and I do this for a living ..."

    I think that if this was by "business" and I had a website, instead keeping it a secret I would want to promote it and "drive" traffic to it. Isn't that the whole point of having a business, is to acquire customers?

    If she is not in business for herself but just works in this business, then I guess the website is personal, but I thought the whole idea behind a website is to provide a universal medium for others to learn about you and to communicate or share information with it.

    If you don't want a bunch of email, remove the email link, or if it has a dicussion board or "contact us" link, just don't respond to it.
