hey guys i have been dealing with trying to get a zales/citibank account off of my reports for some time now. I sent citibank 2 letters so far demanding that they show me some sort of signed contract that binds me to this debt or remove there frivolous information from my credit files. Both times they have never written back. Whats even more frustrating is that i stated in both letters that at the time this account was opened i was underage and couldnt have opened this account. I have sent the copies of my drivers license and ss card. They keep failing to respond.Any ideas on what i should do next?...i hate beeing ignored.especially since i know i am right.
