Got 2 Zombie debt collects. Reqested Validation via some of the sample letters posted.. The balls they have, they just sent thier origional letter out a second time! With NONE of the info requested! What now?

Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 (b) you have failed to provide proper VALIDATION. The documentation that your company provided DOES NOT conform to the requirements set by the Federal Trade Commission for what validation is. This debt is either not mine or beyond the statute of limitations, in either case your attempts to collect this debt are illegal and in direct violation of the FDCPA . Under the laws of my State, continued collection activities, including reporting, verification or reinsertion of accounts beyond their legal collection date to any consumer credit reporting agency, may be considered extortion and/or fraud and subject to criminal as well as civil prosecution. You should also be aware that sending unsubstantiated demands for payment through the United States Mail System might constitute mail fraud under federal and state law. You may wish to consult with a competent legal advisor before your next communication with me. Please note that proof of your receipt of this notice may be used by me or my legal representative in further action. I hereby request that you cease and desist your efforts to collect on the above referenced account, effective immediately.
