   I live in Arizona and have $73,000 in credit card debt, thanks to a bad investment. I own land in Michigan valued at $112,000 and mortgaged at $82,000. If I judgement proof myself, since I am 61 years old, have no other assets other than the land, and am not working - will I lose this land.?
