I finally got my Bank Of America minicard from the mail over six months. It is enclosed with regular size Bank Of Amereica Platinum Visa and Platinum Visa mini card. I can activate by calling the toll free number on the sticker of the card or www.bankofamerica.com/activate. The mini card and BofA Platinum Card will replace my old card and make sure to destroy all my old card. The notice told me that I get a minicover to protect the minicard.It is free. Ron, Is a minicard anything like a toy card, or does "mini" refer to physical size alone? Is a minicard intended exclusively for online transactions?
RON, I had mine stolen at the gym had to cancel account next day..... not much of a pain but be careful with it ..........
It is a smaller, keychain size version of the card, so it is easy to swipe, etc. Meant as a supplementary card, not a full replacement.

It stayed inside the house and I only bring the regular size card. I got it because it is free. I haven;t used the Discover2Go card or mincard even once. By the way, I don't like Speedpass and I'm afraid to lose it. Someone picked it up to use and charged to my credit card. Ron.
