I sent a letter to Experian and with-in a couple weeks Experian mailed me back saying the information that I was disputing had previously been investigated. Experian didn't send an updated report with this investigation. Can some one tell me why Experian did not investigate my information and again and why they did not send me an updated credit report?

    Thanks for all your help.

    That was certainly insightful. lol

    Dimples1,
Basically what they are saying is that your dispute is frivolous as they already investigated it and it was verified. If you have any new info or proof that you can send to them, they have to reinvestigate. If not, you might try disputing online.

Yeah that is what I was thinking, I am going to send it back in about 30 days. Thanks a lot!
