I just emailed the lady that was handling my case to cancel. Try their website to get an emal addy for someone to cancel.
I sent several emails to cancel and after the third or fourth, I can not remember, they sent an email with something like "we are sorry to see you go" and they said they have cancelled my retainer, offered to help if I needed them in the future. I have not heard from them since and they stopped chargeing me. That was about 8 months ago. You can also send a letter via post office to the address you send your credit reports to.
The direct number to your Client Advocate is 800-341-8441. Just call and request a stop to your case.
Thanks everyone. I signed up with them a few months ago and they have done a good job for me. I know some people have had some problems but I dont have any complaints. I was so busy working on my husbands credit that I decided to let lexington work on mine. Now after a few months of working on his I feel like I can do mine too. I have learned alot on this board.
