they can not do anything for you that you can not do for yourself, and you can do it for free(not including postage) LOL
The only credit repair efforts I recommend is DIY - do it yourself. There is nothing they can do that you can't do. If you spend some time here and search this board, you will find a wealth of information that will help you immensely. Not only that but you most likely will see a quicker turn around, and faster overall improvement. Plus, you get to save yourself some money. I paid $250 for a year of credit repair from a local company where I live. They were successful in removing about 20% of my negative credit. I've since done my own credit repair off and on. When I was doing it on my own, I was more successful than the repair agency, but still struggled because I didn't fully exercise my rights. In the last two months since I found this board I have had a greater improvement in my credit than the previous 2 years combined. I recommend a few weeks of research and study, and posting questions. Then dive in. Just my humble opinion...
