    Arrrrggghhhh!

I have repeatedly disputed First Premier. TU deleted, EQ made it PAA. It is still a derrog on EX. A few days ago I disputed it online. THE NEXT DAY it was already verified! However, the balance history was gone.

I called First Premier today. I asked to speak to a supervisor first. Got a gal named Tanya. I told her that the balances don't jive with their alleged payment history. I show a $248 decrease in July yet you report an increase from 60 - 90 days. That left a balance of $138. I paid $138 in 2 installments. So how is that paid in settlement.

She argued with me a bit. THEN ADMITTED - - - you ready for this? - - - -- once your account has been closed and has a balance of 0, they will automatically verify any dispute. They no longer have the pay history. They no longer have the balance history. She couldn't even tell if my account was secured or not OR what may have been the balance in the secured savings. Her system reflects, acct #, name, address, balance and last reported status.

I called Kim Hughes IMMEDIATELY! (Yes, ladies and gents, she did answer the phone! :) ). I told her was I was told. She told me that she will put it back in dispute and request the actual documents from First Premier.

Do we see a deletion in my future?

Ohhhhhhhh, this just makes my day. Can you see me smiling from there???

I'm going to wait a while to act on this but......

If they don't keep the info, then a validation request would make it where they have to delete the TL's, right?

Yes! But you have to get the CRA to force a "manual" information process from the OC, otherwise.

That is what EX is doing for me as we speak.

Wrong. OC's are not liable under FDCPA, which is what a validation request is used for. You can write them and ask for proof that the acct was late, or whatever, under the FCRA. But don't send a validation request.

I guess I used the wrong term. I meant verification from the CRA's, what I would request after First Premier verifies after I dispute.

I hope to never have to communicate directly with First Premier again.

    First Premier saga continues

First Premier deleted the payment history but left the derrog statement "was 90 days". I redisputed based on that. It came back verified.

I got busy moving to FL and didn't dispute or check for a while. When the mortgage company pulled my bureau the payment history was back! Sh*T!!!

Well, it states, "is R1 on EQ" right before the bad info from EX. It was not on TU. I wrote an explanation letter and said I was never late and that EQ's listing is correct.

I will probably get back to dealing with them after I move into my new house next weekend.

    Sorry the news wasn't better.
