    Hello everyone,

After much research and reading of the Highs and Lows of credit repair I have decided to take the plunge myself
I got the credit reports ...and the Scores so I know where I stand

Iâ??ve started with Lexington Law (I know I know ... Iâ??m not a purest but itâ??s a start) I do have a couple of questions in regards to strategy.

I will be moving soon from NY to FL should I wait till I get down there to start disputes using the change of address to my favor???

I have about 6 or 7 judgments with the highest being for 1200 dollars â?¦ They are all paid and @ the minimum a year oldâ?¦ should I go down to the court house and try to vacate??? Can I Vacate??? Or should I wait until the move, change the address and dispute then???

    Thanks in advanceâ?¦

    1) Start by dumping Lexington.

    2) Remove all prior address from your credit reports.

    3) Take advantage of NY's 5 year reporting period law for charge offs if it applies to you.

    4) If your address on file at the courthouse where you got sued is diffrent than your current address, dispute the judgments as "not mine" after following #2

    5) Move to FL. once down there see if you can remove your NY address then dispute the judgments as "not mine".
