im just wondering that after a couple months of canceling the $1 for 3 months, can you get the same promotion for a second time? should you use a different credit card?
i had people tell me yes but using a different card is the key. i was about to do it but i now decided i want to wait for another month or 2 so i can pull it around the time i buy another car.
its kinda worth i guess. you get all 3 reports daily if you want. but the scores are fako. its just not worth it to me yet. its good for seeing dispute results kinda fast.
Re: Re: PRIVACYGUARD - $1 more than once? It might be worth $49. I don't like getting FAKOs, but I like seeing instantly which bureau is pulled when you apply for credit. Info isn't as accurate as myfico info. As I see it, I'll work the system to my advantage since the system has worked me for so long. It's us vs. them.
Re: Re: Re: PRIVACYGUARD - $1 more than once? "IF" you don't even worry about the F.A.C.O. SCORE...getting ALL 3 every day (if you want 365) is it still NOT WORTH IT???
Re: Re: Re: PRIVACYGUARD - $1 more than once? Yes, it is worth it if you have credit issues that you have not finished dealing with/disputing. Also, worth it if you need to strategize obtaining new credit by watching your payments post before applying. It is best to sign up at www.privacyguard.com/frank for the 3months/$1 because you get three FAKO scores with your three credit bureau reports (if you don't mind estimated scores). However, the service after the 3months is $119/year vs. the regular service of 3reports+1score for $89.
Re: Re: Re: PRIVACYGUARD - $1 more than once? wow thats cool. even being fako and making it $30 a year i think thats a little more worth it. then you can see how the scores compare. even though they are fako, they use the same fako algorithm. how did you find out about that? thanks
Re: Re: Re: Re: PRIVACYGUARD - $1 more than once? I think it's worth it, as long as it works!! I was prepared to cancel last week, but it seems like they have it fixed. Even though it's a FACO score, you can see trends, see if it changes day to day. You can see what changed and help figure out what contributes to the score change. I assume it's good for "B" but I don't think I've gotten that far. And besides, my newest inquiry is almost a year old, so I'm not worried too much about that right now.
