It appears that someone has finally sued Ford Motor Credit for their exhorbitant late fees. I received notice of a pending settlement in the Stickles Class Action Lawsuit. It you had a FMC lease between 9/92 and now and paid a late fee you could potentially receive 36.25% of the amount that you paid in fees (provided you still don't owe FMC money). To obtain a copy of the claim form call 1-800-414-8129. Claims must be postmarked by 11/22/02.
