Are all instant CC online apps score driven? If so, since when you dispute with equifax, they that are in dispute dont count towards your score.

Would you get approved, even if you have 3 thing sin dispute with equa??

I am no expert, but I think they'd have to be score driven. How else could a computer summarize your credit history into a go/no-go decision? Sometimes when you get the "you will hear from us in XX days" that means you are borderline, and a human is needed to make the final decision.

Depending on what you have in dispute, your score may be higher, or lower. Your score is figured without counting the item(s) in dispute. I've read of getting a temporory score increase ( equifax only) by disputing the negatives on your report. My best advice, is to think before you dispute for a score increase. If you dispute a tradeline with an old 30 day late, but by doing so you also are disputing your oldest tradeline, you may have a net score loss.
