Wow am I excited! Submitted disputes/validation requests on 2/28, and I checked Experian this morning... Merchants Association GONE! Whoo hoo!! One down, a million to go! LOL
On Experian I disputed close to 20 items (similar numbers on TU and Eq). More than what I should have I know. I have no self-control! But they obviously don't think its frivolous since they've been investigating. I've gotten responses on two other accounts, but both were updated w/ no change, so I've send procedure requests in for those. I sent validation letters to all the accounts I disputed, and so far have heard nothing. Only two have been marked as in dispute too. But that's all the better for me, the longer they drag their feet, the more violations I have. I've been to small claims plenty of times for other things, so I'm not afraid of doing it for this!
