i diputed a tl(transouth financeial) with ex and it came back remains. it is a repo but was included in our ch7 bk so it should report that and have no balance correct?? anyway i noticed that transouth financial did a soft inquiry should they have done this?? cherek88
Can't speak to accurate BK reporting as far as balance, although it should say incl. in BK No they should not have pulled a soft. You owe them nothing, and have no account with them anymore. They can not pull to look and see what they are reporting - they should have accurate records! And on top of that, they still didn't get it right!
