I'm probably going to end up filing for chap 7 bk. If I have judgements against me would that be wiped out in the bk?
You will need to file certain actions with the courts where you have judgments - not sure of the terminology whether they need to be vacated or voided. Your BK attorney should be able to help you. JJ is right certain types of judgments like damage judgments (think DWI car wreck) and such are not dischargeable, again your attorney will know.
